Concerts & Dances

For 24 years we’ve been bringing the best in Pagan music to FSG. Bands that play songs celebrating the Gods, our Mother Earth or tie into the tribal rhythms that have pulsed for thousands of years.

This year's acts will include Coyote Run, Kellianna, Kiva, and Odd's Bodkin. If you would like to come to the event just to see a concert, you can do so by arriving between 6pm and 8pm on the day of the concert and purchasing a Concert Pass for $25. This pass is good until the end of the concert, at which time you will be expected to leave the grounds. There is no pre-purchase of Concert Passes, and you must pay in cash for your pass. You can find each evening's lineup here.

With over ten years of national touring, Coyote Run has firmly established a reputation as a literate, mythic Celtic Rock band. Their highly theatrical performances include the poetry of legendary Scot Robbie Burns, as well as Yeats, Shakespeare, Henley, Tennyson, Blake, Kipling and more. Given that Coyote Run's founder and lead singer David Doersch, has been a theatre professor for many years, it is no surprise that their performances are considered “pure theatre.”

“Our current show is The Wheel of the Year, in which we take the audience through all of the ancient holidays,” explains Doersch. ‘We start with Beltane (May Day), work our way around the Wheel of the Year and end at Spring Equinox with a rousing chorus of ‘Lord of the Dance.’ What we're trying to show is the sense of touching on the changing of the seasons, the tying of sensibilities to the movement of time and the planets, which was such a huge part of the (Celtic) world. We weave it into a narrative.”

Kellianna is an accomplished musician and performer worldwide. Her CDs Lady Moon and I Walk with the Goddess are being recognized around the globe as a must have for any lover of Goddess inspired folk music. Her live shows are a combination of acoustic guitar songs and chants to the God and Goddess. She is a certified teacher of SpiritSong, a powerful tool for freeing your voice, for accessing the authentic sound that is you, and for entering into Spirit. Kellianna was trained by Shawna Carol in facilitating this unique approach to spiritual growth. Kellianna facillitates chant circles at festivals and shops all over the states She is a collector of chants and takes great joy in sharing these chants in her circles. She is experienced in the art of ritual chant, and uses the song to move energy, to celebrate the ancient mysteries, and to strengthen intention.

KIVA is a percussive, acoustic, worldbeat ensemble that celebrates the magic of nature and ancient bardic traditions with music that opens the heart and heals the spirit. The band blends strong vocal harmonies with rich and diverse acoustic and electric instrumentation, performing originals, traditionals, and covers. The musicians are inspired by many cultures, spiritual disciplines, and musical styles, including celtic-folk, folk-rock, blues, big band, traditional chants, and jazz. KIVA is based in the Washington DC metro area, and has been nominated fourteen times (so far) for the Washington Area Music (Wammie) Award.

Odd's Bodkin is an L.A. based musical act playing Celtic-Gothic-Gypsy-Pagan music on fiddle, flute, whiste, mandolin, guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. In a recent review, they were described:

Boy, can you say eclectic? And fun? This trio often plays at the Renaissance Faires (all over), plus gothic festivals, and other weird venues, which informs them—they've got a wild lot of repertoire, plus are funny to boot.
